The NSBA provides more than 85 live CLE seminars each year. And while we feel that nothing beats participation in a live seminar, we recognize that live participation is not always possible. Therefore, we are excited to announce that beginning August 18, 2016, the NSBA will begin offering on-demand CLE webinars.

What is the difference between a live webcast and an on-demand webinar? Live webcasts are offered on a specific date and time, while on-demand webinars can be downloaded and watched at any time.

You can view the on-demand library by visiting www.nebarondemand.com. New programs will be added every month.

The Nebraska State Bar Association is pleased to announce its new online resource for the public, the Nebraska Find-A-Lawyer website. The new website, www.nefindalawyer.com, allows the NSBA to both provide attorneys with a low cost marketing opportunity and help connect members of the public with legal services. Members of the public can search for a licensed attorney by area of practice and/or area of the state. The search functions also allow clients to identify lawyers who suit other needs, such as attorneys who are bilingual or who are licensed in multiple states. To participate in Nebraska Find-A-Lawyer, complete and return the application form to the Nebraska State Bar Association, along with the appropriate registration fees, and the requisite certificate of insurance addressed to the NSBA or with a copy of the declaration page of your policy showing that you carry the requisite professional liability insurance. The rules adopted by the NSBA House of Delegates regarding the program are available here. To visit the website, go to: www.nefindalawyer.com

NSBA Dues Paying Members can connect with other attorneys in their area of practice through NSBA Section events, seminars and listservs and gain access to resources developed specifically by Sections.

To join a NSBA Section, you must be a dues paying member or a registered law student member. NSBA Dues Paying Members, log-in to the website and click on this link to Join a Section. You MUST BE LOGGED-IN to receive the correct pricing.
